own washroom with shower and TV, 1 x bedroom with bunk beds for adults. Bathroom has a bath with shower over and basin. Ground floor WC.
Cloakroom. Sitting room with Smart TV. Kitchen with dining room. Utility
room.

Oil fired heating with woodburning stove. Electric double oven, ceramic
hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV
with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi. oil, electric and bed linen included. Towels are not provided. Travel Cot/highchair available. Parking off road with room for 4 cars. Outside seating area on the patio. No smoking or pets. Pub and shop 10 minutes walk, Ullswater Lake 15 mins walk. Note: Max 8 adults.

Margaret House is a fabulous Lake District holiday cottage situated in
the quaint village of Pooley Bridge. It sleeps eight people and has two
double bedrooms (both en-suites), a twin room and a bunk bedroom. The
ground floor features a kitchen, dining room, sitting room and access to
outside seating on the patio. It has off road parking for four cars.
