Bed linen, towels and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Unrestricted parking in roadside pull-off outside property on first come, first served basis and additional roadside parking on road opposite on first come, first served basis. Easy transport links, with rail station outside village and bus stops on the doorstep. No garden but small seating area available, off path shared by cottages in terrace (see picture). Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 3 mins walk. Note: The cottage is on the B5036 road so there is road noise especially at peak times, but property benefits from secondary double glazing and blanket lined curtains to minimise this, however, some noise may still be heard. Note: Stairs may be steep for some but there is a handrail. Note: Babes-in-arms only.
